2017 ipad not staying logged into websites

Hi,

my Macbook Pro and iPhone 8 don’t have this problem but for the last week or so when I go to use my iPad 2017 model it logs me out of forums, Amazon, websites eveterytime. I upgraded to the newest iOS before this and for days never had a problem but I noticed the upper tab bar is dark and if I go to a forum or Facebook I have to re-enter my login every time and that is just annoying As well as time consuming and it’s never done this before.

does anybody know what would cause this? Like I said, I did the latest update and it was fine for a while but I’ve tried different resets and restored to a date when it was never a problem so I’m not sure what’s up?

its a 2017 iPad using safari browser fully updated and was never a problem, even after updates so I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem? It’s very annoying when I go to use it
