netflix on apple tv buffering

Hi,

I've read other posts about this but am yet to fin a solution. This summer, I bought a 32gb Apple TV. Watching Netflix through the app is usually fine for a while (20mins or so) and then it constantly pauses because of buffering. Sometimes it won't start up again and the error code 10035 comes up. Other times, you can press pause or exit and after a pause, pick up again. Last night (Saturday night) I was watching a 2 hour film and it kept buffering every 10 mins or so and the stopped altogether.

I was checking my internet wifi speed (through wifi SweetSpots) and was getting about 40-50mbs with occasional dips to 20. But nothing lower. It worked fine on my Virgin TiVo box (just one brief pause) and it was fine on my Netflix app on my iPhone. When I tried to airplay my phone to the AppleTv though, despite playing fine on the phone, it wouldn't play on the tv - again the buffering sign came up.

Other apps seem to be fine (NowTv, for instance). AmazonPrime through my internet connection is generally fine too (very occasionally momentarily pixelates).

Seems to be a Netflix/Apple Tv issue. Any ideas on how to solve it? When it's working, the picture is beautifully clear. I've tried restarting wifi router etc. that doesn't help.
