A couple things you could try.
1. Create a new user and test.
2. Start your Mac in Safe Mode and test
Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support
Other than that I don't know what it could be.
I tried full screen in firefox as guest user, and the same happened. Then I rebooted in safe mode, but then the tab would crash every time I would play a video.
I also found out that if I use the green + button first on my firefox window, and then press full screen the screen does fill my whole screen.
Works fine here. Which version of Firefox are you using? The current version is 56.0.1
Hi, i'm using 56.0.1 (64-bit) aswell. Also I reinstalled firefox already.
try upgrading your firefox and restart your device, if it still doesn't work try contact apple support
I did all of those options, but Apple support won't help me because it is an issue I have with firefox.
Try starting Firefox in safe mode. Hold the option key when opening Firefox. It disables any Firefox extensions.
Hi, I did that as I already went through the whole firefox troubleshoot page (Troubleshoot and diagnose Firefox problems | Firefox Help) , and it did nothing.
Anyone with other ideas?
