Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems you are having issues with messages on your iPhone, but your other devices is not exhibiting this same issue. If you haven't already, please force close the Messages app and restart your iPhone as iOS clears cached data and does other system optimizations when you turn your device off and on. If you're still having this issue, please follow the steps in the resource on issues with the Messages app.
