Can Mac mini 2011 use 3440x1440 resolution

I have a mac mini mid 2011 i5 2.3Ghz with Intel 3000, OS: EL Capitan and Monitor 34inch ultrawide monitor.

can it run 3440x1440 resolution?

2560x1600 is the max from the ThunderBolt/Mini DisplayPort.
