My iPad does not recognise my fingerprint id
My iPad does not recognise my fingerprint. I cannot access Apple store. How do I go back to my numeric passcode

Make sure your finger is dry and clean. Go to Settings/Touch ID & Passcode to turn off Touch ID. It should ask for your Passcode to access the panel. You can delete and reenter your fingerprint.
