Error in install ios 11.0.3

The phone cant instal ios 11.0.3 win i try to intsall masseged pup up sayes : an erooro curabted tray later And i have proplem after i install ios 11 my devise becam vary slow and all app is hang ... its like china andriod drvise !!!! Vary bad
