Has Apple removed the 'Add People' button from the people page of Photos?

I understand I can open a photo and use info to add a face. I understand that I can open a person in the people tab and search for others.

What I don't understand is where the 'Add People' button has gone at the end of the list of faces? Has my software become bugged or is this how it is supposed to be like Apple's online info still says?

Anyone know?

Yes , long list of unnamed faces and the "Add People" album are gone. To add a new person to the People album open a photo of the person, down to reveal the thumbnails of the people in the photo, then click the thumbnail of the person you want to add to open the album for there person, then add this album to the People album.
