How do I cancel my walking app ?
I do not want to pay for this app any more. I am done with it.

If you are referring to a 3rd party app that you purchased, does it have a monthly subscription cost? If so, see this support document for how to cancel that subscription. View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
You will also want to delete the app as well.
