Does anyone have experience of using iFax? I am sure that when I first installed the iFax app I could pay for each fax I sent via iTunes or the App Store. I have not used iFax for a long time, but when I came to try to send a fax just now it seemed that I had to pay for credits in advance. Is it no longer possible to pay for each fax as one sends it?
I should be very interested in any answers.

The first thing you should do is visit the iFax website so you can verify that per Fax capability remains available — the site states that it does remain. Then directly address your issues with the developer that shows 24/7/365 human support on their website.
Thanks, VikingOSX. I have now visited the iFax website. As you say, it states that per fax payment still exists. So I emailed them — and they say it does not. Maybe it exists in the USA and not in the UK.
I should think that iFax would be more forthcoming as to the reason that per fax payment is discontinued in your geography. After all, it sounds as though that capability was a decisive factor in your original purchase.
Well, I agree with you, but they weren’t. It’s not worth making a fuss about a mere £2.99.
