With your Apple Watch and iPhone connected via Bluetooth, clear the recent calls list on your iPhone:
- About Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and cellular on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
- On your iPhone, in the Phone app, go to: Recents (tab) > at the top of the page, select the All tab > tap Edit (upper-right) > tap Clear (upper-left).
