windows 10 chose keyboard layout .

I went to download windows 10 but when it was installing it kept saying “an unexpected reboot has happened” or something along those terms. I restarted the computer and it all of the sudden it got pasted that, but than got stuck on “chose your keyboard layout”. I have no idea how to get around this and need help bad. i’m running this on a Mac book pro w/ touchbar.
