Subscription error

I didn't mean to subscribe to a service connected to one of my apps. I don't really need it and either a young girl I babysit was playing with my phone or I clicked something with out realizing it. I don't see any way to get my money back. I looks like the only thing I can do is stop it from renewing a year from now. Is that right?
