Sierra error code -8058

I am using Sierra latest version on my MacBook pro. In one of my external WD passport disks, I cannot copy and paste some files to the other drive. I receive error code -8058. The attribute of the files which can not be copied are read only and cannot be changed from finder.

Any suggestions ?
