Sold and iPhone forgot to Restore it

I sold an iPhone 6 on eBay a few days ago and forgot to restore the phone. Now the person is trying to restore it himself but it is asking for my Apple ID password to restore. Is there anyway to bypass the password to restore the account???

If "Find my iPhone" is enabled, you should be able to track it and erase it. Then remove it from your iCloud.

I would create a new Apple ID and deactivate the old one after you give up your password (after removing everything before giving out the password).Apple ID - Official Apple Support
