Compressor 4.3.2 Multicam Audio not encoding

using FCPX 10.3.4 and Compressor 4.3.2, doing a high school football game on a multicam with play by play announcers audio on one camera, and crowd audio on another, as well as music, and sound effects. We segment it out using compound clips and send each compound clip through compressor individually with MPEG 2 1920x1080 29.97FPS video, and MPEG 1 Layer II stereo audio at 48kHz, there are no errors thrown during compression, but when its finished, the audio from the multicam is missing, the music and any other sound that isn't part of the multicam works fine, only audio from the multicam audio doesn't work. I've repaired compressor, and I've detached the audio from multicam inside final cut, but no effect. the encoding format isn't the problem because the exact same format worked on the exact same machine for a game we filmed last week. PLEASE DON'T TELL ME TO EXPORT THROUGH FINAL CUT AND THEN SEND THE MOV TO COMPRESSOR, THATS NOT A SOLUTION, THAT'S A WORK AROUND.

Fussing about what is a solution vs a workaround won't win you friends when you need help. If it works, it is a solution, period.

First, go to FCPX preferences and turn OFF background rendering. 95% of the time you don't need anything rendered in the timeline anyway.

Next, select the Library in the Browser pane, go to the File menu, to "Delete Generated Library Files" and delete ALL render files.

Then for extra measure at that point I'd quit FCPX, relaunch while holding the Option and Command keys together, and in the resulting window delete your preference files.

On the Compressor side, go to preferences, to advanced, and click the reset queue button. Cancel all jobs. Do it again and Repair Compressor.

Try it again.
