My iPhone and watch appeared to not be paired (they were before I tried to download the new IOS from phone to watch. I get a red "I" in a circle on my watch. Maybe internet connection was lost during the download. What can I do?

My watch and I-phone were connected until I attempted to download the new IOS from phone to watch. An error ("!" in red circle) with Apple website page to go to. Page was not there! Called Support.... No such luck. Anyone have this happen? My IPhone watch icon shows that we are not paired! My watch is locked with this red ! in circle. Cannot do anything with it! HELP!

I'm afraid that you cannot fix the issue yourself.


You will need to contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider to arrange for your Apple Watch to be serviced:
