What is happening that makes you think your iPhone has a virus?
There is a Pegasus malware that can infect iPhone which have not been update since Apple just released the patch against it in its latest release.
Just scam, ignore.

It has been my experience that those unsolicited calls are scams.
Besides there is no way for them to tell what you have or don't have on your iPhone. So how can they know anything about it?
