Cannot send videos via WhatsApp since iOS update

Hi, can anyone advise as I cannot seem to find an answer online. Since the new iOS update my 7 plus has gone insane. Hard resets and all othersnnet of configurations hav been tried. But I cannot send videos via WhatsApp. Just a grey screen appears and it states it cannot be sent.

Has anyone had and resolved this issue?
