Is anyone experiencing iOS11 UI Glitches on the iPhone 8 Plus or any other iPhone, where the home screen and the Siri screen are overlapping / overlaying as shown in the images? This happens once or twice every day.

Happening to me, too. In Notes, reminders, and lock screen notifications. I can get to to go away temporarily if I restart the apps. Comes back whenever I reorganize my reminders or notes manually.
I also have an 8+
A Restart usually clears such graphical issues.
It does not in this case.
