I have an Ipad Air WIFI Model A1474. IOS11 was installed on the iPad by mistake. I have down loaded the iPad_64bit_10.3.3_14G60_Restore.ipsw and tried a manual restore with this file. I receive unkown error 3194. How should I proceed.
Apple has never supported downgrading/reverting to a previous iOS version.
Besides, no way to do this any longer.
It has been over a month since Apple stopped signing on iOS 10.

This iPad Air Gen 5 talks to an application which runs on a Windows Server. The server application has not been certified to interface or work with an iPad running IOS 11. Apple support won't touch this issue.

Apple stopped signing on iOS 10.3.3 over two weeks, ago.
You can no longer downgrade to iOS 10.3.3 any longer.

There is no iPad Air 5th gen. There's only iPad Air 1st or 2nd gen.
OR
the 2017 plain 9.7 inch iPad 5th gen.
Either way, there's no going back, now.

i want to go back to 10.3 on my ipad air as well now. 11 is slow on the ipad air 32gb browsing isnt as good pages dont refresh as good or as fast. let us go back.
