When I play a youtube video full screen in safari the video title stays at the top and the play/scrub bar for youtube stays at the bottom. They do not disappear like they are supposed to.
AFAIK I am running the latest Safari and OSX Sierra (not high Sierra just Sierra) please help me.

If the above doesn't work:
Launch YouTube video.
When the video is running at the top left corner of the window,
don't click the Full Screen button at the bottom right corner of the video.
Instead right click on the video.
White on black contextual menu will appear. Ignore it.
Right click on the video again.
Choose "Enter Full Screen" from the contextual menu.
Video will play without Title.
Controls will be viewable for a while.
Use "esc" key on the keyboard to exit.

1. Without entering into Full Scree Mode, go to YouTube and start the video.
2. Click the “View” menu in the Safari menu bar and choose “Enter FullScreen”.
3. When the YouTube window is in the Full Screen mode, right click on it.
White on black contextual menu will appear. Ignore it.
4. Right click on the video second time and choose “Enter Full Screen” menu option from the contextual menu.
5. Title and the video controls will be hidden now.
Move the mouse pointer to the bottom middle of the window to show Controls.
6. Press “esc” key on the keyboard to back out of screens.
