Performance issue after iOS 11 update

i am facing performance issue after upgrading to iOS 11. When I open an application its taking some seconds to open it, till the time i can see only blank white screen in iPhone 6 plus.

Is there any one facing similar issue. Kindly suggest me how to get rid of this.
