Last year I ordered an iMac and I received it with no problem. But this month I ordered a lighting to usb cable and they FEDEX could not deliver it because of my address. I used the same address for both orders. Please I need suggestions.

It sounds like you need to pull up your order info on the website and confirm that everything is correct including the zip code, apartment number (if applicable). If the package is already in transit and FedEx notified your that they are unable to deliver it then it may simply be the result of a shipping label that was damaged in transit. On a couple of occasions I've had FedEx hold my package at their local depot and I drive down there to pick it up. All that is needed is a racking number and proof of identity. You can also contact Apple to verify the shipping information used when you placed the order.
