Just purchased a brand new Apple iPhone 8+. Everything seems to be working fine except for anybody who doesn’t own an Apple phone I cannot send them a video message. Pictures go through to everybody fine. But videos cannot be sent to a Samsung user only to an Apple phone owner.

For some reason in iOS 11 all videos filmed above 720P you can’t send to a non iOS device. Go in to Settings -> Camera and change the Record Video to HD 720P, try recording a video and sending it to a non iOS device..
