iTunes family share plan

I've recently purchase iTunes family sharing and my daughter can't get in now, she had it for 2 days & then it directed through the steps as if to purchase - I've already purchased it and invited her - as well, we changed her email address and gave her a new birthdate and Apple ID just to make sure we were starting on the right foot it still takes her through the process of wanting to buy it any suggestions would be helpful.

Thank you. Actually - I found something by googling and it worked. I signed out of my Apple ID - it gave me the option to save certain data, I chose that and then signed out. When I signed back in, it worked. FYI though.... at first I didn't see ANY of my pics, but it just took a while - so don't freak out - if they were uploaded to icloud, they will still be there. :-)
