bluetooth connection issues

After upgrading my iPhone 6 Plus to iOS 11.0.3, I am experiencing problems with the iPhone staying connected to my Lexus navigation system (Lexus IC250, 2012), constantly switching between the iPhone and bluetooth hearing aids, and not ringing while connected to car. Is anyone having these type of problems? If so, what is the solution?
