Alarm bell

In version 10 IOS, I set the alarm, set the minimum ring volume and turned off the sound. In the morning the alarm sounded at a minimum loudness.

In version 11 iOS, I do all the same manipulations, but the alarm clock signals to all volume at the morning that the heart stops:)

Please modify this issue.
