To view what you've bought : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store on your Mac or PC - Apple Support
If it's the same every month : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support and/or Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support
In principle all completed sales are final, but you can visit the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ page and make a request.

Having read previous replies on thew thread you know that we are fellow users, so know that nobody on here is taking any money from you, that nobody on here can return any money to you, and that nobody on can stop your future subscription payments.
To stop subscriptions on your account follow the instructions in the link in the first reply on this thread. Instructions for how to contact iTunes Support so that you can request a refund (all purchases are considered final) are in previous replies.
This is a user to user support forum. No one here can give a definitive explanation or change things for you.
Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions or check for an iCloud storage plan. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members.

If you mean the payment method that you are using : Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
No we can't, having read previous replies on this thread you know that we are just fellow users so we obviously can't do that. If you think that you've been charged for a purchase when you shouldn't have been you should be talking to iTunes Support
See Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support. Some cards might not be acceptable. If you're having trouble making a change following the advice there try the Payment & Shipping area of https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage.
