Why is there no kurdish flag emoji?

Every sovereign nation seems to have a emoji flag except Kurdistan, they are internationally recognized yet no flag? That seems weird and discriminatory.

Actually in the case of these flags, I think it is now up to the device makers to provide support if they want to.
