I have three 3TB HD format in NTFS and use for multiple platform. Before upgrade, it is still okay as Paragon is still working on Sierra. Once upgraded, i cannot find any third party software which could allow me read/write on NTFS drive. Called hotline but insist me to change format to ExFat. How could i retrieve my existing 9TB of data if my only OS do not read/write on my existing NTFS drives?

That is not normal. All versions of macOS can read NTFS formatted drives without extra software.
Are you sure they are formatted as NTFS?
What do you see in Disk Utility? Even if they can't be mounted, drives appear in Disk Utility, so you can at least check that your mac is seeing them.
If they appear, see if clicking Mount will work.
Your OS can read but not write.
If you want to keep reading and writing to NTFS drives then you need to install updated software. Either from Paragon or Fuse.
