Family Sharing iMessage Stickers

I purchased the Super Mario iMessage sticker pack this morning. My son (a minor in the family group) was able to access it and send stickers, but my wife, who is under the same purchasing family as an adult, is not. If she accesses the sticker store, she is prompted to pay $1.99 for the pack. I have seen someone else indicate that this is normal and the system will indicate the pack is already paid for, but I am hesitant to go through the headache of trying to reclaim two bucks if it doesn't work. What can I do to make the sticker pack show purchased for all family members?

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. I understand the hesitation to sort this out, but I would like to offer some things to try and get it working properly with you.

The first thing I would like to ensure that that pack isn't just being overlooked and it is not accidentally hidden. Please check this help article for the steps: Use iMessage apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Manage iMessage apps

You can add apps that you use the most to your Favorites so you have quick access to them in the app drawer. You can also reorder apps in the app drawer, remove the ones you don’t want, and more. Here’s how:

Tap to open the app drawer. Then tap .

Tap Edit in the upper-right corner to do the following:

To add an app to your Favorites, tap .

To remove an app, tap .

To reorder apps in the app drawer, touch and hold , then move the apps in the order that you want.

To hide an app, turn it off.

Tap Done.

To delete an iMessage app, open the app drawer, tap , then swipe left over the app and tap Delete.
