How to access photos from Photo Safe app

For several years I have stored important photos using the "Photo Safe" app (downloaded from the app store, of course). Now that app does not work under IOS 11, and is no longer available in the app store. There does not seem to be any way to even determine who the developer is/was, and Apple will not allow downgrading to IOS 10 so I can run it and retrieve my photos. So... is there a way to get them back, or are they all lost forever?

App developers were warned for months about updating apps that did not conform to the 64-bit operating system of iOS 11. Users were also provided warnings when using the apps as the release of iOS 11 approached. You need to attempt to contact the developer. If the developer allowed for the app data to be backed up in iTunes, then you can check to see if any of the 3rd party programs for the computer that claim to be able to extract data from an iTunes backup might help. Some have said that Backup Extractor might work.

I have also been using Photo Safe for many years and all my important historic photos are in there.

Blocking us from accessing photo safe is a dirty kniving scheme of the apple heartless organization, in order to force us to use apps in their control. They want to make the money, not that anyone else will. They force us to upgrade every short while so that eventually we run out of space and need to buy a new iPhone. They put up notifications that this or that app “may slow down your computer” so that gullible users turn to their recommended apps in which they are the ones making the money!

Shame on you Apple. Give us back our access to Photo Safe!!!!!!!!
