The payment of my new order for iPhone X

I don't know why Apple online department cannot get the authorisation from my credit card. I am using all the time by this card for paying in App Store or iTunes.

Even I am using previous day before placing the new order. Would you please check there is any issue about the payment. I am very sure my credit card has enough limit to sign on 2 iPhone X.
