Hi,


Apple Hardware Test for an Mac mini (late 2012)provided the following error :


4MEM/9/40000000: 0x78a34590


Anyone know which hardware component the error is referencing and any solutions?

It's a memory error, RAM. Have you added any RAM? Try pulling installed RAM and reseating it. If that doesn't help one of the modules may be bad, try pulling one and see if that helps. If not, try the other. You may need to replace the RAM. You can check the modules you need with the advisory tool in Crucial, or OWC.Both reliable vendors.
