How can I download and install Nettube app in my ios 7.1.2

I have a problem. I can't download any video and music in my ios 7.1.2. But long ago I could download any video in my ios with nettube. But when I reset my ios device i was loss to get it. I tried to get it in app store. But I didn't found this app. And now I need help to get i. Please help me to get it back please help me. If I cant get it, It will be the sadness mode for me. Please help me.

Your phone is at the end of the line in terms of functioning with apps as iOS progresses. It's only going to get worse as time moves on. The reality is you won't be able to download or use that app any longer on your phone. If the app is important to you, it's time to treat yourself to a new iPhone.

Unfortunately on iOS 7.1.2 you won't be able to use that app on your phone.

Thanks for your suggestion. But I can't treat a new phone. I need the nettube app in my current iPhone.
