Iphone shows wrong location

Hello. My Iphone SE shows wrong location(on Maps, or google maps, or anything I use) when I'm using mobile data- it keeps showing that I'm at one, specific place, like 5-10km from my real position. I try restart phone and also I twice reset my location&privacy at settings, but it help only for, like a moment, and then again my "location" go back to that one specific place?

Only thing that solved it is when I turn on wifi and bluetooth. Do I really need to leave bluetooth/wifi on for all time, to keep my location services precise?

iPhone SE, iOS 10.3.2

If you notice when attempting to use location services that leaving wi-fi on will get you more accurate location services. The fact is, that most of the time when we are attempting to get our location, we are not outside with an unobstructed view of the sky. That is how GPS works. The device attempting to get the location needs that unobstructed view. Since the phone is rarely in that position, it uses known wi-fi locations to help in addition to cellular towers to help pinpoint your location. Bluetooth is not necessary to help improve that.

Do you have a problem with leaving wi-fi on? Contrary to popular belief, it does not use that much power.

I really think that WIFI use pretty much battery life, for like, searching free wifi to join. But if not, then really it's not problem to leave it on all time!

Wi-fi, when not connected is using that much battery. However, if you look in Settings>Wi-FI, you can turn off Ask to Join. Under that scenario, wi-fi is not searching for networks to join, and will only join networks that you have connected to in the past. I've had that turned off from the beginning, and I leave my wi-fi turned on all the time. I never turn it off. And I never turn off Bluetooth either. I notice no problems with my battery due to that.
