I am trying to cancel my Deezer subscription that is paid via my iTunes account. I have followed the instruction but when going into settings, App Store, view Apple ID, subscriptions doesn’t show in my account details.
Any idea why I can’t see subscription
I am using iPhone 7
You are sure the subscription is being by that iTunes account (the Subscriptions section only shows if there subscriptions being paid by the account), the subscription payments show on that account's purchase history ? If they do show on it you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can cancel it for you : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
