How I unlock Apple ID? Please someone help me how to bypass Apple ID?

Only the ID given in part on the screen can unlock the phone. If you bought the phone second-hand (used) and it's been locked by the previous owner, only he can unlock it. If you can't contact him, you will never be able to use the phone. There is no way round that.

If you bought the phone new and the ID is yours but you have forgotten it, go to http://iforgot.apple.com to retrieve it.

Do you mean that your phone is Activation Locked? Or that you can't get into your Apple ID at http://appleid.apple.com (which isn't the subject of this thread)?

if your phone is Activation Locked only the person who set the lock can unlock it, and there is no way round that.

If your Apple ID itself is locked please see If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

You will need to contact the seller to have them log out of iCloud or go to iCloud.com/Find My Phone and erase the device. If you can’t do that, the device is useless.
