popup alert - ios11 virus

While clicking on a browser window when connects to www.shared.com to read an article - this popup window appears advising me of virus. Is this bonafide??? Here is a screenshot of popup!

That message and anything like it will be a scam.

This is the pop up that appeared on my mac this AM?????
