Hello 🙂

So here’s the deal. I live in Sweden and i’m going to America in about a year and I‘m thinking about buying a MacBook Pro there cause it’s so much cheaper there than in Sweden. But, if I buy a MacBook Pro there it won‘t include åäö on the keyboard. So my questions are:

Can you like change in the settings so that some keys become åäö?
Can you repair the keyboard in some way so that you can get åäö?
Can I ask them to order a Swedish Macbook Pro?

Or if you have any other advice on how I should do please write. But I really can’t go without åäö, there are so many Swedish words that include those letters.

Ya, I can confirm it too, you can change keyboard source to swedish

and then do the keyboard engraving in your country, Here im typing in swedish: öäå

If you order online and have it delivered either to an Apple Store or an address you can request a different keyboard configuration. When ordering click the following option:

You can also manually switch the keys (not recommended).

You can switch the keyboard configuration by going to System Preferences<Keyboard<Input Sources:

Lastly you can switch it by holding down the key
