my cats bit my earphones and now the left side of my earphone won’t work i literally bought my iphone a month ago can I get a new pair without paying for it because of my warrenty?

No, a warranty does not cover physical damage, such as caused by a cat.

you can buy a new pair though and if you don't need it having a mic and or buttons then any 3.5mm minijack headset as used in computers and stereos and walkmen and the likes would work for audio out
