Hulu app unable to rewind or foward

To Apple Community,

Has anyone experienced within the the last 2 - 3 weeks that the Hulu app is unable to rewind or forward on their Apple TV?

I tried contact Hulu support; and they said that it could be my download/upload speed (which is not the case because mine is 54.20 Mps for down and 11.93 Mps for up)

Any information or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

PS: This is also occurring to the Hulu app on the Android TV

You just need to persist with them that there is an issue and get others who are experiencing it to do the same

Hello vazandrew. I tried making that known to Hulu that it could be a problem with their app; but all that I got a refund on my subscription and the deactivation of my account :/ Any suggestions as to how to convince them that it is their app?

That would be an issue with the app, which Hulu needs to fix.
