You can delete it from your devices in the usual way (pressing-and-holding and then tapping the 'x'), and similarly you can delete it from your computer's iTunes library by selecting it and deleting it. You can't remove it from your account's purchase history (all you can do is hide it from the Purchased redownloading areas : Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support).
