When I use my ipad in the App Store I cant accept the terms and condition when I try to it literally says "we've run into a problem" it doesnt give an error code or anything but long story short this is preventing me from downloading any apps it's very frustrating please help.

Did you ever find a solution? I'm having the same problem with my iPad2. Haven't used it in about a year because of a broken screen. Got it fixed recently and now I can't install anything new. I tried contacting appl but I haven't heard anything back yet.
if you have a friend with a recent device you can try log on his device and download something then you'll have the same agree terms and conditions thing but you will be able to accept. 2 days of apple assistance and that's the only solution i got with them. in other words buy a new device ( from a apple guy) not me
I've just log on my girlfriend's iphone and download an app! I was able to accept the terms and conditions and then log off and return on my ipad mini to laod any app it just work fine for me. Yes its complicated but thats the only solution for all ios9 and less devices
Take his iphone go to settings > itunes ans app store than clic on his account log him off.
1. Log in with your account
2. Go to app store
3. Load an app
4. Accept the terms and conditions
5. Cancel the app download
6. Log off
7. Log him back
8. Go on your ipad
That should work fine!
