Why is my GAME PIGEON stuck on downloading?

Ever since i’ve gotten the Iphone 8+ my game pigeon app has been stuck and it says showing me that its downloading but its not moving at all and has been stuck for like 2 weeks now ): can someone help me. I’ve clicked the little pause and unpause button MULITPLE times and its STILL not moving. ):

I understand from your post that you cannot download one of your apps. The following article has steps which may include contacting Apple Support to resolve this type of issue:

If you can’t download or update apps, or if apps get stuck - Apple Support

I cant delete the app because its not even downloaded..
