I just had a hard drive replaced maybe 3 months ago and the replacement hard drive has now broken as well. Is there a warrenty for replace parts or do I have to pay again yo have it fixed.

I think you need to pay again to replace HDD. If I were you, I will get inexpensive, faster, larger third party HDD instead of Apple original HDD.
Apple replaced my macbook pro hard drive and now the replacement is broken.
