Apple Watch not vibrating with alarm clock

So I recently updated my phone to 11.0.3 iso and then updated my watch as well. Now my watch no longer vibrates when my alarm clock goes off. It was working perfect before updates. Any suggestions on fixing it? This is what wakes me up every morning and is much needed. Thanks

Hi

The following steps may help, having resolved the same issue for other users:

Create a new alarm on your iPhone, ensuring vibration is enabled for that alarm.
Create a new alarm on your Apple Watch (the iPhone alarm can then be deleted).
