Notification for software update, but I am up to date

I have a new iphone8 and I am prompted to update my the iOS, but I am already up to date. Any fix? Thanks!!

iPhone 8, iOS 11.0.3

Reboot your phone.

Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
Press and hold the Side button (aka power) until you see the Apple logo.

Thanks! I tried this. Twice actually, in case I was the issue and not the phone, but it didn't work. The notification is still there. This is odd, I couldn't find any other forum posts about it.
