I switch between walking and running. How should this be logged? Is it accurate?
Hi all,
I have been lightly training for a 5k road race (peanuts to most I'm sure) and wanted to keep accurate track of both my walking and running so I can see my gains. How does anyone else do this? If I select "Other" for a workout, is that not going to group the walk/run together. I'm confused and would like to use the Apple Watch's native app.
